Martin Marietta Hearings
The following dates and times will be for the Martin Marietta zoning hearings: Wednesday, May 20, 2009 - Thursday June 4, 2009 - & Wednesday June 17, 2009 all at 5:30 p.m. Location: Anderson Center, 7850 Five Mile Road (map)

Martin-Marietta Briefs
Terrace Park has filed two briefs with the Anderson Township Zoning Board of Appeals challenging their authority to grant a variance and opposing Martin Marietta's proposed underground limestone mine. The original brief was filed on 2008/11/10 and the supplement on 2008/11/21.

Board of Zoning Appeals
The BZA hearing regarding 429 Elm will be held June 17, 2009 at 7:30 PM.
